Randy J. "Doodles" Carpenter

Randy J. “Doodles” Carpenter, 54, of Amsterdam passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 18, 2016 in his home. A son of the late Dudley and Wona Davis Carpenter, he was born April 7, 1961 in North Madison, Ohio. Randy was a member of the Amsterdam VFW. He is survived by two brothers, Brian and Shane Carpenter; two sisters, Annette (Larry) Gamble and Sharon Whitman; step-daughter, Janette Foster-Grim; lifetime friend, Marty Foster; and his dog, Little Buddy. In accordance with Randy’s wishes he was cremated and a private family service will take place at a later date.
